From rookie of the year in his first year of selling homes to one of the largest producers in North America in real estate sales, Dan’s journey of over 30+ years has resulted in the development of up-to-date, proven systems specific to the fast-changing real estate industry that, when implemented, are life-changing.
Dan has been consistently ranked at the top of Canada’s largest real estate board and has developed one of the highest ranked teams in Canada for production year over year.  Now, operating his own independently owned brokerage for his team, Dan has sold well over a billion dollars in real estate and maintains millions in GCI annually. Year after year, Dan continues to sell on average a home a day and has maintained this for over a decade. His proven systems allow him to do this while enjoying every evening and weekend at home with his family.

Dan has a passion for marketing, sales and helping others reach levels they never thought possible. Dan takes great pride knowing that his teachings and practices that he shares with others are current and being used by his award winning team everyday.



Having been in the real estate industry for over 20+ years, Rachel has worked and developed every department imaginable while working side by side with Dan Plowman building a successful team and brokerage.


From her first award winning year in real estate and still today, Rachel has truly enjoyed developing and perfecting highly productive systems for the team and the coaching company. Rachel is a master coach with Dan Plowman Coaching and Broker of Record for Dan Plowman Team Realty Inc., she is committed and passionate about helping other real estate agents grow and develop their business.



Jennifer has a passion for life and excellence. Being one of the original partners of the Dan Plowman Team, she has been instrumental over the last 15+ years in helping to test and improve many of our systems during their creation. As a result of implementing and perfecting these systems in her own business, Jennifer has received some of the most prestigious accolades in real estate.


With her accreditation as a CFP (certified financial planner), NLP practitioner coach, DISC personality trainer and a psychology degree, Jennifer is now one of Canada's leading real estate coaches and trainers, delivering these proven systems to agents and teams across North America.


She has a passion to share her unique ability to teach others these systems as a Master Coach with Dan Plowman Coaching for the past 10+ years in order to help our clients build their business to higher levels.



Sandra Francisco joined Dan Plowman Team Systems as a Master Coach after having studied the Dan Plowman Coaching systems and methodology in its entirety.


Sandra’s unique talent of developing business strategies and structure to execute vision provide clarity and direction to business leaders across North America. She is certified as a Master Coach and Practitioner of NLP, and a certified trainer of the Human Potential Life Map. Her ability, to understand the big picture, while maintaining focus on the details is a valuable asset to clients.


Sandra spent 13 years in corporate Canada as a leader in the fields of Information Technology and Marketing. Sandra holds university degrees in Business Commerce and IT Management. Sandra exudes energy and confidence, refuses to accept the status quo and challenges clients.



Tammy Napier is currently the Director of Operations for the Dan Plowman Team Realty Inc., Brokerage. She is a key component to the ongoing success of the Team and effectively implements and enforces the systems we use every day.


Tammy is a valuable part of our continued growth and achievements and always up to the minute on what is being used, and how it is working on Dan's Team. Tammy has been licensed for 20 years, working her way through virtually every position within the industry, from training, recruiting and business development to eventually becoming Team Leader and CEO of a successful office.

Tammy has recently added to her wealth of knowledge and is a certified NLP practitioner, NLP practitioner coach, Time Line Therapy Practitioner and is a certified hypnotherapist.



Joselyn Burgess has been in Real Estate since 2004 and is successfully selling real estate with Dan Plowman Team Realty Inc., Brokerage. In addition to Joselyn's real estate career she has also been involved with Dan Plowman Team Systems.


She has developed a business while leveraging the many tools and systems provided by the Dan Plowman Team. While growing and developing her business and personal life over the years she is overjoyed with every opportunity that comes her way. It is especially rewarding helping others utilize the resources these systems provide to build a productive and profitable real estate career while minimizing the risk and expense that often conquer many in our industry. In her spare time is spent with my wonderful husband and two amazing boys. 



FRI, CMR, MVA, Past Broker - Paul has been in the Real Estate industry for over 35 years.  His experience includes sales, coaching, training, recruiting, farming , business start-ups, business expansion, event planning, strategic planning and branch management. The role he enjoys most is working with individuals and teams to help them achieve their full potential.



Grant Gilmour is the team leader and real estate expert for Team Gilmour. He has been in the real estate industry for over 36 years and has been committed to giving great service to his clients throughout. Not only has he been in the industry for a long time, many of his family members are also real estate agents.


With many achievements completed through the course of his career, he continues to strive for success and pushes himself to adapt to the ever changing market. Grants pride in finding the perfect home for his clients, while also educating them along the way is one the reason Dan Plowman Coaching was excited about Grant becoming a Master Coach.


He does not only fulfill the client’s needs but he builds strong long lasting relationships with them as well.




Amrita joined the Dan Plowman Coaching Team as a Coach after studying the complete Dan Plowman Coaching program and seeing its effectiveness first-hand with her clients. 

Amrita guides clients to establish business goals then strategizes on the path to take to achieve those goals. After years consulting in the Real Estate industry using the Dan Plowman Coaching methods - the results are consistent: solid systems that support larger teams, higher sales, and more balance for her clients. 

Prior to working in the Real Estate industry, Amrita spent a decade as an Executive in the Recruiting Industry managing the HR, Marketing, Training and Operations functions of several successful staffing firms serving the public and private sectors in a highly competitive market. 

Amrita has a Degree in Business Management with a specialty in Marketing and she is an avid Real Estate investor. Her approach with clients is to make their lives easier in all ways. She believes in efficiency and effectiveness when it comes to every facet of clients' businesses.
