Calls = conversations. Conversations = appointments. Simple math.
Don't have any listings? Borrow one from your brokerage.
Saturdays and Sundays already booked? Run it Wednesday or Thursday evening when nobody else is. Zero cost, face-to-face leads on a silver platter.
How many doors should you knock on? ALL OF THEM“Just sold on Maple Street for $899K and buyers are still looking. Who do you know is ready to sell?”
